EDICO HOLDINGS (08450) announced that Mr. Li Weiming and Ms. Zeng Zhaoyi have resigned as independent non-executive directors to dedicate more time to other business commitments, with effect from June 1, 2025.
Mr. Yao Weijie and Mr. Deng Zhizhao have been appointed as independent non-executive directors, with effect from June 1, 2025.
