KINGSOFT CLOUD (03896) announced that Mr. Feng Honghua (Mr. Feng), has resigned as a non-executive director in order to focus more on other responsibilities, effective from the conclusion of the company's annual general meeting on June 9, 2025. After Mr. Feng's resignation, he will also no longer serve as a member of the company's Governance Committee. The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Zhang Duo (Mr. Zhang) has been appointed as a non-executive director and member of the Governance Committee, effective from the conclusion of the company's annual general meeting on June 9, 2025.
