Shenzhen Nanshan Power (000037.SZ) announced that the company has recently obtained the "Notice of Shenzhen 2025 Land Reorganization Plan" from the official website of the Shenzhen Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau. According to the contents of the "Land Reorganization Plan" and its appendix, the 2025 Land Reorganization Plan of Shenzhen still includes the land acquisition and related content of the company's subsidiary Nanshan Power Plant. There is no substantive change from the land reorganization plan disclosed in recent years.
