CHINA SOUTH AIR (01055) announces that Mr. Ren Jidong (Mr. Ren) has resigned as supervisor and chairman of the tenth supervisory board due to retirement. Mr. Ren's resignation took effect after Mr. Zhang Tao (Mr. Zhang) was appointed as the new supervisor at the shareholders' annual meeting. The company is pleased to announce that Mr. Zhu Haiping (Mr. Zhu) has been elected as an independent non-executive director of the tenth board of directors, with a term until the current board term expires. Mr. Zhu's appointment took effect after the shareholders' annual meeting. On May 23, 2025, the board of directors approved the appointment of Mr. Zhu as a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee; the appointment of Mr. Zhu as a member of the Nomination Committee, with Mr. Zhang Jun no longer serving on the Nomination Committee; and the appointment of Mr. Zhu as a member and chairman of the Aviation Safety Committee, with Mr. Han Wensheng no longer serving on the Aviation Safety Committee.
