Jiangsu Chinagreen Biological Technology Group (300970.SZ) announced that in order to further improve and optimize the diversified layout of products, enhance the company's core competitiveness and risk resistance ability, and expand the company's future development space, they plan to implement a technical transformation of the original Agaricus blazei production line in the fourth factory of the production base in Siyang, Jiangsu. They will invest in the construction of a "factory-scale deer antler mushroom production project," transforming the original Agaricus blazei production line into a deer antler mushroom production line. The estimated additional investment for this project is 20.7135 million yuan, mainly used for the construction of civil engineering, steel structure, production equipment, and other supporting system construction. The transformation period is expected to be three months.
