DiDi Chuxing and Hilton Group announced a strategic partnership on May 20, 2025, launching an integrated “stay and travel” membership benefits system enabling cross-platform privileges. The collaboration offers members enhanced services such as advance ride booking, hotel perks, and access to airport lounges through both companies’ apps.

On May 20, 2025, DiDi Chuxing and Hilton Group formalized a strategic collaboration to jointly develop an innovative “stay and travel” membership benefits system that enables mutual recognition of member privileges. This integrated “mobility + accommodation” service aims to offer seamless, high-quality travel and lodging experiences to members of both companies.

Sun Shu, CEO of DiDi’s ride-hailing platform, highlighted that the partnership addresses the needs of business travelers by linking travel and hotel services. Members can leverage benefits such as advance ride scheduling when booking hotels, enhanced check-in experiences, and complimentary access to airport VIP lounges. He emphasized DiDi’s commitment to adding real value at every stage—from ride to hotel stay—by improving convenience and comfort.

Huang Jie, Senior Vice President of Business Development at Hilton Greater China and Mongolia, noted that Hilton Honors continues to evolve its program to meet diverse traveler demands. This collaboration marks Hilton’s first integration of mobility services into its membership system, delivering a seamless journey from departure to hotel stay and elevating members’ travel experience.

The partnership enables cross-platform redemption of membership benefits. DiDi Mileage Members at V6, V7, and V8 levels will receive corresponding Hilton Honors statuses, with perks including room upgrades, complimentary breakfast, and late check-out. Hilton Honors Silver, Gold, and Diamond members can redeem equivalent DiDi Mileage Membership levels (V5, V6, V7), enjoying benefits like priority response, free cancellations, and airport lounge access. Detailed benefits by membership tier are available within both companies’ apps and mini-programs.

Additionally, the Hilton Honors app and mini-program now feature a “DiDi Chuxing” ride-hailing portal, facilitating quick ride requests, scheduled pickups, airport transfers, and exclusive discounts for DiDi Mileage Members, enhancing travel efficiency and affordability.

To further elevate travel convenience, DiDi Mileage Members can access monthly taxi coupon packages worth up to RMB 270 via the DiDi app or mini-program. These include instant discounts and percentage-off coupons valid across commuting, leisure, and business travel scenarios.

Beyond discounts, DiDi Mileage Members benefit from priority customer service, guaranteed vehicle availability compensation, expedited refunds, and free ride upgrades. Business travelers enjoy access to high-speed rail VIP lounges and airport lounges, offering moments of rest amid demanding schedules. Membership privileges vary by tier and can be reviewed within the DiDi Mileage Membership Center.
