Encourage various business entities including supply and marketing cooperative enterprises to cooperate with household appliance and furniture sales companies to conduct "exchange + recycling" business, providing services such as dismantling and recycling of waste household appliances and furniture, as well as new product delivery and installation. Promote standardized cooperation between recycling companies and local government agencies, enterprises, and institutions to carry out waste recycling and resource utilization business, and promote the "public warehouse" entrusted operation service model. Support supply and marketing cooperatives in developing a digitalized comprehensive service platform for renewable resources, enriching functions such as information exchange and online transactions.
