Shenzhen Newway Photomask Making (688401.SH) announced that the company has recently received a "Notice of Reduction of Shares Plan" from its shareholder China Investment Creation Fund. Due to its own financial arrangements, China Investment Creation Fund plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares through centralized auction trading and block trading, with a total reduction amount not exceeding 1.93 million shares, which is not more than 1% of the total share capital of the company. The reduction will take place within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of the announcement.
