FANTASIA (01777) announces that the company confirms that (i) all current directors and former directors have completed training provided by a training institution approved by the Stock Exchange; and (ii) after completing the training, the company has provided the Stock Exchange with a fully compliant written certification issued by the training institution. The company believes that all current directors are still suitable to continue to serve as directors of the company.
