EPRINT GROUP (01884) issued a notice on May 9, 2025, stating that Ship Too Easy (as the lender) entered into a loan agreement with the borrower Deep Bay Shipping Limited and the guarantor (as the guarantor) for a loan of 7.8 million Hong Kong dollars for a period of 24 months. Ship Too Easy's main business is to provide yacht financing in Hong Kong under the Money Lenders Ordinance. Ship Too Easy (as the lender of the loan) is an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
