CAPITAL ESTATE (00193) announced that Mr. Tan Shuren (Mr. Tan) has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and member of the audit committee and nomination committee due to other business engagements on May 9, 2025.
The Board further announces that Mr. Yeung Wai Hung has been appointed as the chairman of the remuneration committee effective from May 9, 2025.
