SHOUGANG CENT (00103) announces that Luo Bingxiang and Yongdao will retire as the company's auditor after his term ends, at the annual general meeting of shareholders on June 10, 2025, and will not seek reappointment. The Board of Directors has decided, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, to propose the appointment of Ernst & Young (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants as the company's auditor after Luo Bingxiang and Yongdao's retirement.
