EV Dynamics (00476) has completed the placement of a total of 27 million shares.

EV DYNAMICS (00476) announced that all the preconditions stated in the placement agreement have been met, and the placement of shares was completed on May 9, 2025 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement. A total of 27 million shares were placed at a price of HK$0.30 per share to no fewer than six subscribers. The net proceeds from the placement amount to approximately HK$7.8 million. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the placement for general working capital of the group.
