Shanghai Real Estate (Group) Co., Ltd. has agreed in principle to the proposal of Shanghai Yaohua Pilkington Glass Group's board of directors to issue up to 280,474,820 shares of A shares to no more than 35 specific investors who meet the requirements of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, with a total fundraising amount not exceeding RMB 300 million.
