These agreements involved a total value of 50.1 billion Hong Kong dollars, up 9.8% month-on-month but down 40.3% year-on-year.
Among the above sale and purchase agreements, residential building sale and purchase agreements accounted for 5,694 agreements, representing an increase of 6.1% from the previous month but a decrease of 33.4% year-on-year. The total value of residential building sale and purchase agreements amounted to 42.2 billion Hong Kong dollars, up 8.7% month-on-month but down 45.5% year-on-year.
