ANHUI EXPRESSWAY (00995) and the consortium have established a joint venture to implement the PPP project for the Bozhou section of the S62 Bozhou to Dancheng Expressway.

ANHUI EXPRESSWAY (00995) announced that on April 30, 2025, the company entered into a joint venture agreement with other members of the consortium and reached an agreement on the establishment of a joint venture company. The registered capital of the joint venture company will be RMB 616 million, with the company contributing RMB 216 million in cash, representing 35% equity of the joint venture company. It is expected that the initial registered capital of the joint venture company after registration will be RMB 100 million, with Anhui Expressway Group, the company, Expressway Engineering, Expressway Construction, and Expressway Information Industry contributing RMB 63 million, RMB 35 million, RMB 1 million, RMB 500,000, and RMB 500,000 respectively at the time of registration.
