The notice also mentioned the optimization of exit tax payment services, raising the cash refund limit to 20,000 RMB. It aims to promote cooperation between tax refund agencies and payment institutions, clearing institutions, etc., to provide refund services through various means such as mobile payment, bank cards, cash, etc., in a controllable risk environment, to better meet the diversified payment service needs of overseas travelers.
