KINGSOFT CLOUD (03896) announced that the delivery of a total of 17.3 million fixed American depositary shares (equivalent to 2.595 billion shares of related stock with a total face value of $25.95 million) will be made based on the offering price of American depositary shares per share (representing 15 shares of common stock as related shares) on April 17, 2025, and the delivery of 18 million shares of offerings with a total face value of $1.8 million will be made based on the offering share price on April 25, 2025, Hong Kong time. As disclosed in the announcement, the company also granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 2.775 million additional shares of newly issued American depositary shares (representing a total face value of $4.16 million for 4162.5 million shares of related shares) at $11.27 per fixed American depositary share. On April 25, 2025, Hong Kong time, the underwriter has fully exercised the option to purchase, and the delivery of the newly issued American depositary shares is expected to take place on April 28, 2025, Hong Kong time.
