Times Neighbor (09928) announces that on April 24, 2025, the buyer Guangzhou Times Property Management Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), the seller Chengdu Jiarui Tonghua Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), the target company Chengdu Heda Lianxing Technology Co., Ltd., the project company Chengdu Heda Lianxing Property Service Co., Ltd., and the guarantor have entered into an agreement. The buyer agrees to acquire, and the seller agrees to sell, 20% equity interest in the target company. As of the date of this announcement, the target company is a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, with the buyer holding 80% of the shares and the seller holding 20%. After the completion of the transaction, the target company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The target company is an investment holding company established in accordance with Chinese law. The target company wholly owns the project company.
