KERRY LOG NET (00636) has been renamed as "KLN Logistics Group Limited"

KERRY LOG NET (00636) announced that at the special general meeting of shareholders held on March 28, 2025, the shareholders approved a special resolution to change the company name. According to the change of name registration certificate issued by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda on April 3, 2025, the company's English name "Kerry Logistics Network Limited" has been changed to "KLN Logistics Group Limited" as approved by the resolution and the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda. The company's Chinese name "KERRY LOG NET" ceased to be used when the company name was changed from "Kerry Logistics Network Limited" to "KLN Logistics Group Limited" on March 28, 2025. The Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong issued a certificate of registration of non-Hong Kong company name change on April 16, 2025, confirming the new English name of the company registered in Hong Kong according to section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the laws of Hong Kong). After changing the company name, the English stock short name for trading of the company's shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "KERRY LOG NET" to "KLN", while the Chinese stock short name "KERRY LOG NET" will be removed with effect from 9:00 am on April 29, 2025. The stock code "636" of the company will remain unchanged.
