APT ELECTRONICS (02551) issued a announcement that, as the term of the third board of directors has expired, in accordance with the company's articles of association and the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the board of directors has agreed to nominate Mr. Xiao Guowei and Mr. Hou Yu as candidates for the executive directors of the fourth board of directors, nominate Mr. Chen Zhenghao, Mr. Yuan Liming, and Mr. Huang Guansheng as candidates for the non-executive directors of the fourth board of directors, and nominate Ms. Zhang He, Ms. Lin Nan, Ms. Ding Hui, and Mr. Chen Zhiguang as candidates for the independent non-executive directors of the fourth board of directors.
