The head of the Treaty and Law Department of the Ministry of Commerce responded to questions from reporters regarding the appeal arbitration on WTO dispute cases between the EU and China.
The person in charge stated that China is pleased to see that the experts of the World Trade Organization support China's position. China has received the appeal request from the European side and will handle it according to the relevant rules of the MPIA to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests.
According to the news from the Ministry of Commerce, the person in charge of the Treaty and Law Division of the Ministry of Commerce answered questions from reporters regarding the EU's appeal to arbitration on WTO dispute cases related to China-EU. The person in charge stated that China is pleased to see that the WTO expert panel supports China's position. China has received the EU's appeal request and will handle it according to relevant rules of the MPIA to defend its legitimate rights and interests. China will work together with other MPIA participants to promote the effective implementation of the MPIA and firmly uphold the rules-based multilateral trading system.
