Wisdom Logistics Global Limited's IPO to the United States has been filed.

On April 15th, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Notice on Overseas Issuance and Listing of Smart Logistics Global Limited". The company, through its domestic operating entity Jia Bin Modern Logistics Park Co., Ltd., submitted materials for overseas issuance and listing, intending to issue no more than 1,150,000 common shares and list on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange in the United States.
