Postal Savings Bank of China (01658) announced that the company plans to issue A-shares to the Ministry of Finance, China Mobile Limited Group, and China CSSC Group, raising a total of RMB 130 billion. After deducting relevant issuance costs, the funds will be used to supplement the bank's core Tier 1 capital.
The number of A-shares to be issued this time is 20,569,620,252 shares, not exceeding 30% of the bank's total share capital before the issuance. The issuance price is set at 6.32 yuan per share. Specifically, the Ministry of Finance plans to subscribe for 18,604,420,886 shares, China Mobile Limited Group plans to subscribe for 1,242,731,123 shares, and China CSSC Group plans to subscribe for 722,468,243 shares.
