BEIJING ENT (00392) announced that on March 27, 2025, BEIJING ENT Limited (the Company, as guarantor) and its wholly-owned subsidiary BEIJING ENT Asset Management Limited (Beikong Asset Management, as borrower) have accepted loan financing letters from two banks, with a total financing amount not exceeding RMB 20 billion and RMB 30 billion respectively, and a loan term not exceeding 36 months. The funds borrowed from the loan financing will be used for the refinancing of some existing debts of the Company and its subsidiaries.
