Announcement from Guangzhou Hangxin Aviation Technology (300424.SZ): The company's former controlling shareholder, Bu Fansheng, has reduced his holding of the company's shares by a total of 5.6181 million shares, accounting for 2.29% of the total shares outstanding. The reduction plan has been successfully completed.

On March 12th, CNBM (03323) spent approximately HK$3.392 billion to buy back and cancel around 842 million shares.
