Sany Renewable Energy (688349.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hunan Sany Tower Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sany Tower" or the "buyer"), intends to sign Equipment Sale Contracts with Hunan Anren Sany Heavy Steel Structure Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sany International, and with the Hunan Branch of Sany Marine Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Anren Steel Structure" and "Sany Marine Hunan Branch" respectively). The company plans to acquire the wind turbine tower-related equipment and inventory held by Anren Steel Structure and Sany Marine Hunan Branch. The transaction amount for the target assets is approximately 52.8497 million yuan (including value-added tax).

At the end of February, the net asset value per share of COCOON HOLDINGS (00428) was approximately 1.23 Hong Kong dollars.
