China Zheshang Bank (601916.SH) announced that the Board of Directors recently received the resignation report submitted by Mr. Wang Chaoming. Due to a change in responsibilities, Mr. Wang Chaoming has resigned from his position as Chief Information Officer of the company, and his resignation is effective upon delivery of the resignation report to the Board of Directors. After resigning as Chief Information Officer, Mr. Wang Chaoming will continue to serve as Assistant to the President of the company.
