CITIC BANK (00998) announced that the Board of Directors received the resignation letter from Mr. Lv Tiangui, the Vice President of the bank, on March 10, 2025. Due to work adjustments, Mr. Lv Tiangui has resigned from his position as Vice President of the bank. His resignation will be effective from March 10, 2025.

Joyware Electronics (300270.SZ) elected Liu Yang as chairman and appointed Zhao Qian as general manager.

Guangdong Delian Group (002666.SZ): 33.67 million restricted shares will be listed for trading starting on March 14th.
