Subsidiary of Sino-Platinum Metals (600459.SH) plans to invest 4.11 billion yuan to build the Yunnan Province Precious Metals Green New Materials Industrial Park factory and supporting facilities construction project (Phase One).

Sino-Platinum Metals (600459.SH) issued an announcement, aiming to further lead the development of the rare and precious metal industry cluster in central Yunnan, strengthen the spatial layout and agglomeration effect of the precious metal industry, promote the implementation of the company's industrial regional layout strategy, and further expand and optimize the industrial chain. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Guiren Chemical Green New Materials (Yunnan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guiren Green New Company"), plans to invest in and construct the Yunnan Province Precious Metal Green New Materials Industrial Park factory and supporting facilities construction project (Phase I) in the Lulu District of Caopu Chemical Industrial Park, Anning Industrial Park, Kunming, Yunnan Province, to create a precious metal chemical new materials industrial base. The total investment of the project is approximately 411 million yuan, with a construction period of 2 years. This project is in line with the national strategic requirements to accelerate the development of the chemical new materials industry, promote the transformation of the industrial chain towards high-end, intelligent, and green directions. It serves as the core carrier for attracting external introductions and internal joint ventures, aiming to concentrate key industrialization projects in the park, laying a solid foundation for subsequent industrialization projects entering the park, providing software and hardware support, and forming a significant "agglomeration effect" to accelerate the industrialization process and achieve a leapfrog development of the regional economy. This project will create a distinctive Yunnan Province Precious Metal Green New Materials Industrial Park, supporting the company's green transformation and upgrading of its precious metal chemical business, and building a first-class precious metal chemical new materials industrial base in China.
