Jiangxi Ganyue Expressway (600269.SH) announced that on March 10, 2025, the company received a notice from its shareholder, Great Wall Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Great Wall Life), regarding the situation of increasing its shareholding. It was informed that Great Wall Life increased its shareholding in the company by a total of 25.4842 million shares, accounting for 1.0912% of the total share capital of the company through centralized bidding trading on the stock exchange from June 26, 2024 to March 7, 2025.
