Shengda Resources (000603.SZ) announced that on March 10, 2025, the company received a notice from its shareholder Hainan Huarida Investment Development Co., Ltd. ("Hainan Huarida") regarding the reduction of their shareholding to 1%. Hainan Huarida's reduction of equity resulted in the original restricted shares from the equity distribution reform reaching 1%.
