MODERN CHI MED (01643) announces that Chen Zixi (formerly known as Chen Yunling) has resigned due to a work change. Starting from the date of this announcement, Chen will resign as (i) joint company secretary of the company; (ii) company authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Listing Rules); and (iii) the representative for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong. Starting from the date of this announcement, Xie Wanting has been appointed as: (i) joint company secretary of the company; (ii) company authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules; and (iii) the representative for receiving legal process documents. Jia Yanru will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary of the company.
