In February 2025, the group's contract sales amounted to approximately 1.86 billion yuan, with a contract sales area of 153,967 square meters. The average selling price in February 2025 was 12,067 yuan per square meter.

Yuexiu Property (00123) achieved a total contract sales of approximately 12.827 billion yuan in the first two months, representing a year-on-year increase of about 23.8%.
