SANDS CHINA LTD(01928): Robert Goldstein to step down as chairman.

SANDS CHINA LTD (01928) announced that Robert Glen Goldstein has notified the company of his resignation as Chairman and Non-executive Director, as well as Chairman and member of the Nomination Committee, effective from March 1, 2026. From that date onwards, Goldstein will transition from the role of Chairman and CEO of the company's controlling shareholder, Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS), to a Senior Advisor role at LVS. Goldstein intends to devote more time and energy to his role as Senior Advisor at LVS, which will be his sole position at LVS, its affiliates, and subsidiaries.
