Fujian Holdings (00181) announced that, effective from March 6, 2025, Yang Liyu has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors; Su Qingpeng has been appointed as the General Manager and Executive Director of the company; and Wu Jingchao has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director. Chen Danyun has resigned from her position as a Non-Executive Director due to retirement.
