ROBOSENSE (02498) announced the successful completion of a 1 billion Hong Kong dollar placement. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placement agent has successfully placed a total of 22 million new shares to no fewer than 6 subscribers at a placement price of 46.15 Hong Kong dollars per share. The net proceeds of the placement, after deduction of commissions and other related expenses and professional fees, is approximately 989 million Hong Kong dollars.
