Dabriel Choi, CEO of the Irish health technology company EveryBaby, announced at a media luncheon that they plan to raise funds later this year, intending to sell 20% of shares and introduce digital and medical-related investors from the US. They are considering listing in Hong Kong in the form of an 18A (for biotechnology companies without profits or income) IPO in the future, but currently do not have a timeline.
The company specializes in analyzing cervical tissue to prevent premature births, and is fully owned by Dabriel Choi. He mentioned that he works in London personally, while the headquarters for the Asia region is located in Hong Kong, due to its strong medical infrastructure and strategic position for entering the mainland market. Additionally, EveryBaby is expanding into the Middle East market and has opened an office in the UAE.
