Hisense Home Appliances Group (00921) announced that, between December 4, 2024 and March 4, 2025, the company and its subsidiary air conditioning marketing company, (Beijing) Electrical Appliances Company, Guloni Company, Hisense Mould Company, Kitchen and Bathroom Company, and Refrigerator Marketing Company (as subscribers) have entered into a Yongcheng Insurance Financial Agreement to subscribe to Yongcheng Insurance financial products, with a subscription amount of RMB 2.045 billion.
