SAMSONITE (01910) announced that following the approval by shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting held on January 23, 2025 to change the company's name from "Samsonite International S.A." to "Samsonite Group S.A.", the Chinese name of the company has been changed from "SAMSONITE International Limited" to "SAMSONITE Group Limited". All relevant procedures, filings, registrations, approvals, and requirements required for the change of company name under Luxembourg law have been completed, and the change of company name took effect on January 23, 2025.
