With the rapid development of the Internet age, the channels of information dissemination are accelerating, and property enterprises are flexibly using traditional media and new media platforms for comprehensive and multi-dimensional links, constructing a communication matrix, achieving boundary-less and full coverage of information dissemination. In terms of online dissemination, property enterprises are constantly exploring new digital media channels, using new media communication mediums such as "WeChat, microblogs, and Douyin", and their own platform communication channels to increase brand exposure and enhance the reach of brand communication. Property enterprises design personalized and practical functional modules through WeChat official accounts, WeChat video accounts, and Douyin accounts to increase the coverage of brand communication, enhance the breadth of brand communication, and allow the audience to understand the enterprise's brand concept through multiple channels and perspectives, thus increasing brand awareness.
The China Index Research Institute monitored the brand communication information of Chinese property service enterprises (January-February 2025) and conducted a special study on the enterprise's WeChat official accounts, WeChat video accounts, and Douyin accounts, releasing the "Top 50 Brand Communication of Chinese Property Service Enterprises from January to February 2025". Discovering the operational advantages of full-scale new media usage to achieve the maximization of communication benefits and the shaping of brand influence for advantageous property service enterprises.
Data shows: Taking January-February 2025 as the statistical scope, the total reading volume of WeChat official accounts of outstanding property service enterprises in China was statistically counted. In January-February 2025, the total reading volume of the top 50 WeChat official accounts of enterprises was approximately 4.611 million times, with an average reading volume of about 92,000 times. Among them, the WeChat official accounts of CHINA OVS PPT, COLOUR LIFE, and/ exceeded 390,000 times, ranking in the top three. In terms of hierarchy, the average reading volume of the top 10 WeChat official accounts of enterprises was 281,000 times, and the average reading volume of the 11th to 30th WeChat official accounts was 63,000 times.

In January-February 2025, the total number of likes and shares of WeChat video accounts of 30 property service enterprises was approximately 1.286 million times, with an average of about 43,000 likes and shares for the top 30 WeChat video accounts of enterprises. Among them, the top three WeChat video accounts were NEW HOPE SERV, Jin Di Intelligent Service Video Matrix, and Jianye Property/CC NEW LIFE, with a total of over 100,000 likes and shares.
