SUNNY OPTICAL (02382) has appointed BOC International Trustee Limited as the trustee of the restricted share incentive plan.

SUNNY OPTICAL (02382) announced that, in accordance with the rules of the Restricted Stock Award Plan that came into effect on March 3, 2025, the Company has changed the trustee of the Restricted Stock Award Plan adopted on March 22, 2010. The Company has appointed China International Trust (Hong Kong) Limited (China International Trust) as the trustee, effective from March 3, 2025, replacing China International UK PRU Trust Limited (China International UK PRU) which will no longer serve as trustee from March 3, 2025. The Company has entered into a trust deed with China International Trust on March 3, 2025.
