TANG PALACE (01181) announces that Mr. Zhang Chuqiao (Mr. Zhang) has been appointed as the Joint Company Secretary of the company, effective from March 3, 2025. The board of directors hereby announces that Ms. Gu Jingfen (Ms. Gu) has resigned as the authorized representative of the company in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange, effective from March 3, 2025. Mr. Zhang, the Joint Company Secretary, has been appointed as the new authorized representative, effective from March 3, 2025. Ms. Gu will continue to serve as the Joint Company Secretary.
