Flowing Cloud (06610) announced that Wang Beili has resigned as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Board Audit Committee, a member of the Board Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Board Nomination Committee, in order to devote more time to other matters, effective from March 3, 2025. Chen Yuelin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, a member of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee, effective from March 3, 2025.
