REPT BATTERO (00666) rose more than 7% in early trading, and as of the time of publication, it was up by 5.4% to HK$11.32, with a trading volume of HK$165.848 million. Companies such as Changan, Dongfeng Langtu, BYD Company Limited have successively disclosed their timelines for the adoption or mass production of solid-state batteries. CITIC SEC pointed out that since 2024, the expectations for the pace of adoption of full solid-state batteries by leading battery factories, car manufacturers, and experts have gradually converged, with a clear timeline for small-scale/demonstration adoption by 2027 and mass production by 2030. The bank stated that 2025 will be an important year for the introduction and gradual scaling up of mature products of semi-solid-state batteries, as well as the gradual clarification and convergence of full solid-state technology routes. It is reported that REPT BATTERO, as the leading unit, successfully made it to the list of projects for the Zhejiang Province's 2025 "Spearhead Leading +X" Technology Plan with the "Long-life, high-energy density full solid-state lithium battery" project. This project will further accelerate and deepen the company's research and development of full solid-state batteries. The company is actively deploying forward-looking solid-state battery technologies. In the field of semi-solid-state batteries, REPT BATTERO has successively developed semi-solid gel electrolytes, related solid-state encapsulation materials for positive and negative electrodes, solid-state electrolyte composite applications, and related packaging processes. Based on the high nickel and high silicon-carbon system, a new generation of semi-solid-state cell has been developed, with a square cell energy density reaching 300-350Wh/kg, and collaboration with domestic and international leading car manufacturers for joint development and sample testing.
