Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts (000887.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui Ruibao Siasun Robot & Automation Technology Co., Ltd. ("Ruibao Siasun Robot & Automation") and Effort Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. ("Effort") have signed a strategic cooperation agreement based on equal voluntary and mutually beneficial negotiations. The agreement aims to promote innovation cooperation in the field of industrial and humanoid Siasun Robot & Automation, to jointly promote the development of related businesses.
