Aluminum Corporation of China (02600) announced that on February 28, 2025, Baotou Aluminum Industry and Inner Mongolia Huayun have entered into a merger agreement, with Baotou Aluminum Industry absorbing Inner Mongolia Huayun. After the completion of this merger, Baotou Aluminum Industry will continue to exist, while Inner Mongolia Huayun will be legally cancelled. The company will hold 65.5759% of Baotou Aluminum Industry's equity, and China Aluminum Corporation will hold 34.4241% of Baotou Aluminum Industry's equity (the final shareholding ratio will be determined based on the assessed value after filing).
