Rainbow Digital Commercial (002419.SZ) announced that its shareholder Wulong Trading Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Wulong Company") reduced its holdings of the company's shares by 4.6137 million shares through block trading on February 27, 2025, accounting for 0.39% of the company's total share capital. After the reduction, Wulong Company holds 117 million shares of the company, accounting for 10% of the company's total share capital.
