(688655.SH) announced that as of February 28, 2025, its shareholders Huizhou Lianxun Dewei Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Lianxun Dewei"), Huai'an Jie Xing Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (formerly "Shenzhen Jishunfa Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership)", referred to as "Jiexing Investment"), and Huai'an Xun Xing Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (formerly "Shenzhen Xin Xing Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership)", referred to as "Xunxing Investment") collectively reduced their holdings of the company's shares by 3.22 million shares, accounting for 2.42% of the total share capital. The reduction plan has now been completed.

Chairman Cai Naiduan increased his holdings in SE ASIA PPT (00252) by 8,000 shares at a price of 1.68 Hong Kong dollars per share.

CN SCI-TECH IND (00339) intends to offer a discount of approximately 10.53% for the sale of up to 57 million shares, with a net proceeds of approximately 9.54 million Hong Kong dollars.
