GRANDSHORES (01647) announced that as of February 28, 2025, Qi Xiaolei has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee; and Fan Jianyin has resigned as an independent non-executive director and is no longer a member of the above-mentioned committees.
